Our signature Shadowfold wall lining panels can be bent and shaped, is easily machined using a saw or router, and with the use of computer-aided-design and CNC milling, the design possibilities are endless.
Shadowfold system is available for both walls and ceilings. They are simple to install, and provide durable easy-to-clean surface with a distinct shadowline at panel joints. Many customisation options are available for finish and patterns, and we can supply access panels on request.

All the Stark Shadowfold panels are precision machined providing the fastest and most accurate installation of panels. Architectural panels on the Shadowfold system comprise 22mm aluminium reveal channel and LGS backing as standard and are 2.2mm thick.

Wall mounting
Shadowfold aluminium channel system over battens at 600mm centres. Secured through friction at channels and glue along mid panel backing
Cleaning and Maintenance
To be cleaned manually using soft cloth with clean water. If necessary, a mild cleaning agent (pH 6-7) may be added, up to maximum 10%. Cleaning should take place from top to bottom. After cleaning, rinse with water to remove any cleaning agent residue.
Machine Processing
Stark panels have easy forming properties that makes the material ideal for any interior or exterior (solid 3.0mm aluminium panel) applications. It can be easily cut, routed, folded, rolled, perforated, drilled, punched or bent without prefinished surface.
