Pixelwall internal panels can be used to enhance lobbies, create visual interest in corridors, or decorate background walls. External perforated solid aluminium panels can be used to define entrance and refresh exterior facade designs.

Our proprietary, algorithmic software translates your image into perforated metal panels. Each system is engineered and built to your specification by our expert shop team and includes panels, substructure, and fasteners to interface with the Pixelwall system.

Technical Details:

Hole size: larger hole diameters give greater contrast and smaller holes give greater detail. Both detail and contrast are equally important to achieve a balance in aesthetics.
Hope Shape: Round
Thickness: 2.2mm or 4.0mm FR panel or 3mm solid aluminium
Sheet sizes: Standard sizes up to 3m x 1.2m. Longer sheets may be manufactured at request
Percentage open area: 15% to 50% open area. Small holes using various size perforations to achieve shading will result in lower open areas, larger holes will achieve higher open areas.
